RTÉ's This Week Programme has obtained official audio recordings that shed new light on former Anglo Irish Bank CEO David Drumm's failed bankruptcy bid in the United States.
In a 122-page judgment released earlier this week, Judge Frank Bailey said he did not find Mr Drumm "remotely credible" and found his conduct throughout proceedings to be "both knowing and fraudulent".
The court recordings are from six days of hearings in Boston, in which both Mr Drumm and his wife were questioned by lawyer for IBRC John Hutchinson, last May and June.
