Irishman killed in crash in New Zealand

A 22-year-old Irishman has died in a crash in New Zealand.

The single-vehicle crash happened in the town of Leeston in Canterbury on Friday night.

The victim was named by New Zealand Police today as Martin Cadden.

It is believed he was in New Zealand on a working visa.
