Monday 10 March 2014 14.19 Dublin man Graham Dwyer, who is accused of murdering childcare worker Elaine O'Hara, has been refused bail at the Central Criminal Court.
Mr Dwyer, 41, of Kerrymount Close in Foxrock is charged with the murder of Ms O'Hara, 37, in Co Dublin on 22 August, 2012.
A trial date has been set for April 2015.
Ms O'Hara's remains were found in the Dublin mountains on 13 September, 2013.
