The trial of Graham Dwyer for the murder of Elaine O'Hara has been told he worked a normal eight-hour day on 22 August 2012, the day Ms O'Hara disappeared.
The prosecution alleges that Mr Dwyer stabbed Ms O'Hara to death at Kilakee Mountain in Rathfarnham on 22 August 2012.
Siobhan McEvitt, the office manager of Mr Dwyer's workplace - A &D Wejchert - told the court the records showed Mr Dwyer worked a normal eight-hour day beginning at 8.30am on 22 August 2012 and on the following day, 23 August.
She said the records showed he started at 8.30am but there was no means of verifying whether he actually started at that time or whether he came in earlier or later.
She said there was no record of him having left early on 22 August or 23 August.
Ms McEvitt agreed that the firm's records showed that Mr Dwyer appeared to work two full normal weeks for the weeks ending 19 August and 26 August 2012.
