Saturday 21 June 2014 15.20 An 18-year-old woman is in a critical condition in hospital after falling from a hotel balcony in Co Offaly in the early hours of this morning.
Gardaí said she fell from a first floor balcony at the Bridge House Hotel onto a parked car underneath at around 1.15am.
The woman is being treated at Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore.
The Health and Safety Authority has launched an investigation.
