Saturday 21 June 2014 14.34 A 37-year-old man has died after falling into a slurry tank on a farm in Co Cork.
The incident happened at around 5.30pm yesterday in Kealkill near Bantry in west Cork.
Emergency services were called to the scene and the man was taken to Cork University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The Health and Safety Authority is investigating the incident.
