Man charged over fatal Tallaght shooting

A 29-year-old man has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting in Tallaght in Dublin over five years ago.

27-year-old Seamus O'Byrne was shot a number of times in the driveway of a house in Tymon North Park on 13 March 2009.

The man who was arrested in the Dundalk area this afternoon is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice this evening.

The man is the third person to be charged in connection with this investigation.
