Two men have been arrested in connection with the death of a man in Cabra in Dublin early this morning.
The 21-year-old, who was found with serious injuries outside the Cabra House Pub on Fassaugh Avenue at around 7.30am, died in hospital this morning.
Gardaí believe the victim was at a party in a flat in Cabra with a number of other people in the early hours of this morning.
Gardaí say a number of people arrived at the party between 6am and 8am this morning.
They say some people arrived by taxi and are appealing to the taxi driver or anyone else with information to contact them at Cabra Garda Station.
The victim left at around 7.30am and sustained serious head injuries.
A 23-year-old man, who was arrested in Cabra, is being questioned at Finglas Garda Station.
Another man, 25, arrested in Finglas is being questioned at Blanchardstown.
Gardaí are gathering CCTV footage from local businesses as part of their investigation.
A golf club has been recovered from the scene.
The area has been sealed off for a forensic examination and the State Pathologist's Office has been informed.
A post-mortem examination is due to be carried out, which will determine the course of the investigation.
