All of Aer Arann's 27 routes will operate as scheduled next week, as a planned strike has been called off to allow a negotiated agreement between pilots and management to be put to a ballot.
It is expected the vote will take place in around a week.
Pilots were due to strike for four days in a row over a pay freeze at the company.
However, after lengthy discussions a proposed agreement involving increment and bonus payments was reached.
It means all 27 routes will operate as normal next week.
Union leaders will be strongly recommending the 100 pilots vote in favour of the deal.
A spokesperson for Aer Arann said they are pleased to confirm that "it is business as usual at the airline".
All services will operate fully, across all routes, at all airports.
