Extended Dublin City Council water restrictions come into effect again at 7pm this evening and will run until 7am tomorrow.
The restrictions were introduced over the weekend because of problems at a water treatment plant in Roundwood and higher than normal demand due to cold weather conditions.
The council says it will review the situation tomorrow.
It said it wanted to thank the public for continuing cooperation in conserving water.
