A man in his 20s has died in a crash in Carrick on Suir in Co Tipperary.
The incident happened at Lower Ballylynch in Carrick on Suir at approximately 2.50am.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and was removed to South Tipperary General Hospital.
The road is currently closed for a forensic collision examination. Diversions are in place.
Witnesses are asked to contact Clonmel Garda station on 052 6177640, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
