Four men and a juvenile have appeared in court charged in connection with the murder of Monaghan teenager Jason McGovern who died after he was assaulted twice in Omagh last Sunday.
Mark Donnelly 21, Aaron Bradley 18, James O'Brien, 21, and Aaron Davis, 19, all with addresses in the Omagh area were charged with affray. Mr Bradley was also charged with assault.
The 17-year-old juvenile cannot be named for legal reasons. All the defendants were granted bail under strict conditions.
