Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding Ryan Doyle's death and the Department of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that it is aware of the case.
According to local media, Mr Doyle died after falling from a vehicle in the early hours of this morning in the Belmont area.
The department is providing consular assistance to Mr Doyle's family.
