The 35-year-old was shot dead in Ballyfermot over a week ago.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Yesterday, 37-year-old Keith O'Neill, of no fixed abode, was charged with the murder.
He will appear again before Cloverhill District Court on the 12 October.
